Handling complete BPO operations of the center with multiple telecom and non-telecom processes.
Ensuring client satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
Improvement of operational systems, processes and policies in support of Organization mission .
Responsible for smooth functioning of all verticals- HR, Training, Quality, and Operations.
Must be a good Team Manager.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in Call center operations , manpower management and Client relationship management.
An Out-of-the-Box Thinker with a proven track record of streamlining workflow and creating a team work environment to enhance profitability.
A skilled communicator with exceptional presentation skills in leading cross-functional teams and establishing beneficial relationships.
Should be mature enough to handle Clients and presenting business reviews.
Must have handled multiple processes, spread across multiple locations preferably.
Prior experience as Site Head shall be preferred.
Must carry experience in domestic BPO industry.
