Identifying training needs through audits, quality and C Sat observations.
Managing a team of Trainers, ensuring their delivery as per KPI’s.
To plan and manage the training budget (both team related as well as Organization expenditure related)
Responsible for Client Relationship Management.
To prepare and present reviews.
Must carry managerial experience in training.
Must carry training experience in domestic BPO.
Driving training KPI’s and achieving throughput targets.
Should be able to identify training needs and plan training activities accordingly.
