Apply for the post of Quality Evaluator
Audit and provide feedback on calls taken by advisors on the floor.
Conduct Role play sessions and call listening sessions with teams on the floor and NHT batches.
Provide inputs to the process w.r.t Not interested analysis, VOC on calls etc.
Give inputs for TNI and own the performance of the teams/ advisors assigned to them.
Drive performance of identified BQ associates/Campaign aligned.
Must have good knowledge of Excel.
Should have in depth knowledge of quality tools.
Strong analytical skills.
Good communication skills.
Must carry experience in domestic BPO domain.
