Ability to analyze and solve customers’ query/complaint – inbound calls.
Respond to customer enquiries related to M-Wallet (Recharge , Bill Payment , Ticket Booking).
Ability to troubleshoot M-Wallet related queries over the phone.
Intuition in identifying customer needs.
Age between 18 – 30 Years.
Must be 10+2/Diploma/Graduate.
Should have good communication skill.
Must have patience and should have the ability to deal with difficult, escalated calls.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge on M-Wallet will be preferred.
