Technical Support Executive
Apply for the post of Technical Support Executive
Handling customer queries regarding GPRS, Datacard and provide them with excellent customer service.
Responsible for documenting every call with regards to the Call log.
Need to provide callbacks if required, to assist the customer.
Must have patience and should have the ability to deal with difficult, escalated calls.
Must be fluent in English and Hindi language.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
Must be willing to work in rotational shift. (upto 8 PM for girls and upto 1 AM for boys)
