Apply for the post of Technical Support Executive
Outcall/Answer calls and respond to customer requests.
Helping customers with product and service related information.
To transfer customer calls to appropriate staff (as and when asked for).
To identify, research and resolve customer issues by using the computer system and applications.
Should have good communication skill.
Must have basic computer knowledge.
Must be willing to work in rotational shift. (Day shift for girls)
Preferred languages (Tamil/ Hindi/ Telugu/ Malayalam/ Kannada).
Minimum Qualification – 10+2 or 10th + Diploma.
Graduates or post graduates may also apply.
