To respond to customer queries over email/chat.
Provide customers with product and service related information.
Do close loping transfer by out calling customer (as and when asked).
To identify, research and resolve customer issues by using the computer system and applications.
Must be 10+2/diploma holder/Graduate.
Typing Speed : 25 WFM, 85% Accuracy.
Age-18 to 35.
Should have good communication skill.
Must have patience and should have the ability to deal with difficult, escalated emails/calls.
