Helping customers with product and service related information.
To transfer customer calls to appropriate staff (as and when asked for).
To identify, research and resolve customer issues by using the computer system and applications.
Must be 10+2/Diploma/Graduate.
Should have good communication skill.
Age -18 to 35 years.
Must have patience and should have the ability to deal with difficult, escalated calls.
